Salumificio del Conero was established in 1974 by a group of craftsmen with many years of experience in making cured meats typical of Marche who decided to create a small shop.


For over 40 years Salumificio has been carefully overseeing every aspect of processing of fresh and cured meats, taking care of every stage, from breeding of heavy pigs on small farms, to slaughter and to the transformation of meats into the Marche seasoned cured meats and salami of excellence.
